• How quickly will I receive my order?

    We aim to send out orders the same day if placed before 15.00 on weekdays, using Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service. If you need something urgently, let us know, so we can come up with best solution.

  • Do the items you sell have any defects?

    We procure high-quality items that meet our standards. In rare cases of imperfections, we will provide details of the fault and provide them at increased discount rates.

  • Do you have my size if it isn't listed?

    Maybe! We are receiving new stock every week, so if you see something you like, drop us a message and we can see if we have in your size - or keep an eye out for it in new deliveries.
